The Leg Press boosts muscular gains in the lower body in a controlled and safe manner. The foot placement allows enough room for footings to change position in order to target different muscle groups in your legs, such as quads, hamstrings, glutes and even calves!

• The weight locks are positioned to be in full control of the user to ensure their safety and monitor boundaries of range of motion.  
• Furthermore, the machine has a reversible function that allows you to transform it into a hack squat machine. A hack squat basically allows you to squat at an incline, with your feet positioned where you would normally sit and your body facing away from the machine to target specific leg muscle groups.
