Bench Press Combo

Despite its name, the Bench Press Rack is not limited to just bench press, but open to plenty variations of pressing movements such as overhead press whilst seated on the flat bench. 

The rack is identical to the squat rack through its adjustable features with the addition of 2 separate hooks in the centre for upper body exercises, whether pushing or pulling movements.
